1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services provided by rvaji, including the website at rvaji.org, cricket betting markets, live casino, slots, crash games, the Finance section, and all related account functions. By registering an account with rvaji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. 3. Account Registration and KYC

Each player may hold only one active rvaji account. Registering multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein. rvaji uses mobile number verification and KYC identity checks to enforce this policy.

KYC Verification Requirements

• Mobile number verification is mandatory at the point of registration. You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you personally own and control.
• rvaji may request government-issued identity documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including prior to processing withdrawals or at the time of a compliance review. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
• All information provided during KYC must be accurate and current. Submitting false, altered, or forged documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the verified identity on the account. rvaji will not process withdrawals to payment accounts belonging to third parties.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your rvaji account credentials. You must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account, including:

• Using a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other service or person.
• Logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Reporting any suspected unauthorised access to your account to rvaji support immediately via the contact email provided in the footer of this website.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Finance

All financial transactions on rvaji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rvaji does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. No currency conversion is applied at any point in the deposit or withdrawal process. The Finance section of your rvaji account is your single BDT wallet covering all game categories on the platform.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, though rvaji may apply daily or weekly deposit thresholds at its discretion for compliance purposes.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and local bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and City Bank. rvaji may add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Deposits are credited to your BDT wallet upon confirmation of payment. bKash and Nagad deposits are typically confirmed within 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating institution.
• rvaji does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. The name on the payment source must match the verified name on the rvaji account. Deposits originating from unverified or mismatched sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, or to a verified payment account belonging to the account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. rvaji reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawal requests of any amount.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers are processed within standard banking hours and may take up to one business day to appear in your bank account.
• rvaji reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, rvaji will notify the account holder and may request additional verification documents.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

rvaji may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published at the time the offer is made:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on rvaji operate under the rules published by their respective game providers. rvaji does not modify game outcomes, odds, or mechanics. The following general rules apply across all game categories on the platform:

Casino and Slots

All casino game outcomes — including live dealer results, slot spins, and crash game multipliers — are determined independently of rvaji by the game provider's certified systems. Live casino outcomes are determined by physical dealing, ball physics, or equivalent in real studio environments operated by the provider. Slot outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. Sports and Cricket Betting

Crash Games

Crash games such as Aviator operate on provably fair multiplier mechanics. The outcome of each round — specifically the crash point multiplier — is determined by the game provider's system before the round begins and is verifiable by the player after the round concludes. rvaji does not influence crash game outcomes. Players are solely responsible for deciding when to cash out during a crash game round. Failure to cash out before the crash point results in the loss of the wager for that round.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the rvaji platform — including but not limited to the rvaji brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and all other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of rvaji or its licensors. No part of the rvaji platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form without the prior written permission of rvaji, except for your own personal, non-commercial use of the platform as a registered player.

The trade names, trademarks, and service marks of third-party game providers displayed on rvaji — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on rvaji does not constitute an endorsement of rvaji by those providers beyond the existing commercial licensing relationship.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Account Suspension and Termination

rvaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to age requirement violations, prohibited conduct, KYC non-compliance, or payment fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested by rvaji, or providing false or misleading information during the KYC process.

Upon permanent account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account after deducting any applicable bonus balances will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, unless the closure was triggered by prohibited conduct, fraud, or breach of these Terms, in which case all balances are forfeited.

12. Amendments to These Terms

rvaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rvaji will notify registered players by posting the updated Terms on the rvaji website with a revised effective date. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting unless a later date is specified.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits rvaji's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
